ABSTRACT Introduction: Boxing is a sport that requires lot of explosive power, is, it demands from its practitioners not only to use their strength, but do so very rapidly. Objective: To analyze the influence muscle training on power boxers, providing theoretical reference for core strength. Methods: This article makes statistical analysis boxing and analyzes factors relevant punch speed. Results: The key affect maximum speed straight in are elbow joint flexion extension, angular velocity, trunk velocity. Conclusion: In daily training, attention should be paid upper limb strength which way boxers have correct body posture ensure reliable center gravity when punching. Level evidence II; Therapeutic studies - investigation treatment results.
